Checkmate is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Read status is best-effort: email clients may block or pre-load images, so a missed or false read can occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Checkmate.

Acceptable use

You may not use Checkmate to track people unlawfully, including without any notice or consent required by the laws that apply to you or your recipients. You are responsible for complying with those laws. We may suspend access for misuse.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the customer portal.
